Our services aim at supporting hotels on all themes related to REVENUE MANAGEMENT, COMMERCIALIZATION AND DISTRIBUTION of their establishments.

Initial audit

An audit takes place at the beginning of the collaboration in order to define all areas of work and IMPROVEMENT IN TERMS OF REVENUE MANAGEMENT AND DISTRIBUTION.

Beyond the study of main performance indicators, the audit also includes a COMPLETE ANALYSIS OF ALL SEGMENTS, SOURCES AND SALES CHANNELS of the establishment, leading to the implementation of a new long-term strategy for revenue management and distribution.

One or more weekly actions; frequency adapted to your hotel

The weekly recommendations are developed every week by the dedicated consultant and are sent for validation. All of the proposals are deeply detailed for a better understanding of the submitted actions.

The recommendations aim at OPTIMIZING THE REVENUE MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (OCC, ADR, RevPar).

They also include RECOMMENDATIONS IN TERMS OF PRICING, RESTRICTIONS, OPENING/CLOSING OF CHANNELS.

They also aim at the DISTRIBUTION OPTIMIZATION AND INCOME GAINS FREE OF COMMISSIONS: addition of partners adapted to the establishment, program subscriptions and marketing campaigns directed to distributors, market share control, official website performance, metasearch study, etc.

The HOTEL E-REPUTATION is assessed and recommendations to improve it are submitted.
